The rooms are individually different but each offers the comfort of a queen sized bed, as well as, queen futon in the sitting area of the suite. The entire house incorporates a 2 zone central air conditioning system for maximum comfort on those hot summer nights.

Most guest rooms have their own private baths, ceiling fans, mini-refrigerator, coffee makers, terry cloth robes, and satellite/cable TV.

Each is furnished with distinctive antique tables, bureau and chairs. In decorating, every attempt has been made to preserve the original "grand cottage" motif of the house. Room prices reflect single or double occupancy. Extra person in the room: $25 ea.

We ask that you stay with us for a minimum of 2 nights to enjoy the full Sandy Hook Beach Bed and Breakfast experience, especially on weekends - Friday/ Saturday or Saturday/ Sunday.

Quiet time: November 1st - May 15th
In Season: May 16th - October 31

CANCELATION POLICY:
Because we have a limited number of rooms cancellations and no-shows are devastating. We do not over book, and guarantee your reservation usually at the expense of other guests. Cancellations within the 10 day window of your arrival forfeit the value of one night stay or 50% of the total whichever is greater. However, to be fair we will allow forfeited amounts to be considered a credit towards your next stay - within the same year. Sorry no refunds or exchanges.
